The new class starts now; existing class moves to new time
It took a while but we finally have a new class!
First, let me apologize to everyone for the very short notice. I didn't get confirmation of our start dates until you all had left on Friday, so I couldn't get the word out to anyone.
If you are in the Gentle class -- the one that has been meeting on Fridays at 2:45 -- the big change is moving the start time up to 2:00 PM and the end time to 2:45.
Since I couldn't let you know in advance, I will be there at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 19 and will stick around and teach class again (or still) at 2:45 PM. You are welcome to join me at either time and go to either session (or both!)
Next, the big news is that we are finally starting a second class. This one I call Exp -- which mostly stands for "Experienced" but use another "exp" if you want (express? expert? expandable? explosive?).
If you've read Cougar Chat, you already know that the difference between the two classes is that I will be introducing kicks and jumps into the choreography. The dances will be a little faster and will have more complex pieces to them.
I named it "experienced" because it does require experience in dancing in water and stronger muscles in your arms and legs.
You are welcome to add your own steps or variations of steps if what I'm doing is a little too hard (or a little too weird).
As long as you keep moving and are having a good time, you'll be doing it right.
